New “Circuit” Tumbling Program at Rhode Island Elite All Stars Have you ever seen a good tumbler and thought to yourself, "omg, they are so good... how do they do it? With our Circuit training there is never any standing around! Each athlete moves from station to station working on different aspects of their skills through strength conditioning and core exercises. Each exercise is geared towards obtaining new skills and making the ones that you already have even better! This is perfect for anyone from beginner to advanced tumbling.
